Carvings opened in 2008 and has been a Foggy Bottom staple ever since. We are a second generation, family operated business serving lunch, dinner, and late night for close to twenty years. On a campus full of options, we are proud to be one of the only fast casual spots still open late, because the best bites should not stop when the sun goes down.
